The Region Advantages

New and important improvements, such as underground power and telecom cabling, club office building, new grocery store an pizzeria, parks and public gardens have been inaugurated in 2009. The Community

Unidade de Vizinhança Quintas do Morro do Chapéu (or simply Morro do Chapéu) is one of the best private communities in southern Belo Horizonte, in APA SUL RMBH - an official environmental preservation area - and in Minas Gerais state, as a whole. Morro do Chapéu has double check - in points and gates, an exclusive and good access road. It is served by public services such as electricity, public telephony, integrated with cell phones of major private operators. The community has its own pure water supply and distribution services, sewage, garbage collection, maintenance of paved streets and day and night security services. And more: a private and charming golf course, to be expanded to international competition level, a fully equipped sports club, a social club with a beautiful view of the mountains, restaurant, grocery store, etc.



Land

Land properties (Quintas) at Morro do Chapeu have a standard area of 2000 square meters - about 1/2 acre- each, and some of them are even much bigger.
